SHIPPING POLICY
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location.
Please be aware that once an order has been placed, we will be unable to cancel
that order.
By confirming an order with ENE FASHION you have agreed to our terms and
policies.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or
unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking
number in your shipment confirmation email.
Lost and Stolen Packages
If there has been a confirmation from DHL that your package has been delivered
and you did not receive or signed for it, you must file a claim with DHL as ENE
FASHION is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages
