SHIPPING POLICY
 You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location.
 Please be aware that once an order has been placed, we will be unable to cancel
that order.
 By confirming an order with ENE FASHION you have agreed to our terms and
policies.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or
unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking
number in your shipment confirmation email.
 
Lost and Stolen Packages
 If there has been a confirmation from DHL that your package has been delivered
and you did not receive or signed for it, you must file a claim with DHL as ENE
FASHION is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages
